The El Paso County Sheriffs office has identified the body of a woman found along Highway 24 in Cascade July 31st. Authorities were called on a welfare check after someone driving by spotted the body on the side of the road. It has been identified as 22 year old Dedrea Duncan. No word on how Duncan died. The agency is treating her death as a homicide. There is no word on how she died. The Sheriff’s Office is asking for anyone with any information regarding this case to call our Tip Line at 719-520-6666. Any information may prove valuable in solving the case and could consist of things as simple as residents remembering suspicious vehicles or people they saw in or around the area on the date of this crime.
