DENVER – The Denver fire department found 5-people dead in an early morning house fire near Denver International Airport. Firefighters responded to a home in the 53-hundred block of north Truckee Street, off 56th and Tower Rd., where they found the home fully engulfed in flames at 2:40 a.m
Two children and three adults were killed in the fire. three other people in the home were able to jump from the second story of the house to safety.
Arson is suspected in the fire and Denver Fire Arson investigators as well detectives from the Denver police department’s Homicide Unit are currently at the home and they are expected to be throughout the day. The names of the victims are not being released at this time.
