Castle Rock man indicted along with former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon

CASTLE ROCK – A Castle Rock realtor is under indictment in the same case that involves Steve Bannon, Present Trump’s former campaign advisor. Federal prosecutors say 49-year old Timothy Shea, helped to raise millions of dollars for “We Build the Wall.”

Shea was arrested Thursday morning by a Castle Rock Postal Inspector and appeared before a U.S. magistrate judge in Denver yesterday afternoon. After hearing the charges he’s facing, the judge accepted bond terms set by the government. The judge set an unsecured bond at $250,000. Shea’s travel is being restricted to court-related trips.

According to court records, the indictment from the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York shows Shea got involved in the alleged fraud and money laundering activity with Steve Bannon, veteran Brian Kolfage, and Andrew Badolato. Shea’s next court date is for August 31st, in New York.
