COLORADO SPRINGS – During a review hearing Tuesday afternoon, it was determined Letecia Stauch is competent to stand trial. The decision came after a mental evaluation in June. Stauch is accused of killing her 11-year-old stepson Gannon earlier this year. She’s facing charges including first-degree murder and child abuse resulting in death. Her lawyers plan to seek a second opinion in a review set for November 12th.
