EL PASO COUNTY – The suspect in the death of a 22-year-old woman whose body was found along Highway 24 in Cascade last July is behind bars. James Walker, 47, was booked into the El Paso County Jail on Thursday and is charged with Murder in the First Degree in connection to the death of Dedrea Duncan.
