A Black Hills Energy worker killed in a hit and run

PUEBLO – An investigation is underway in Pueblo after a Black Hills Energy worker was killed in a hit and run. It happened around 11 Tuesday morning. Authorities responded to reports of a man hit by a speeding car driving the wrong way. The suspects’ car went into the ditch, and he took off on foot but was arrested a short time later. The charges include hit and run involving death and reckless driving. The identity of the victim and suspect is not yet released.
