COLORADO SPRINGS – One person is dead and another is injured after an early morning rollover accident on the city’s west side at about 2:00 a.m. Tuesday morning. Roads are icy and snowpacked and the weather may be to blame for the crash at 19th and King Street.
Police say three people were in the car when the driver failed to make a curve. One passenger was killed and another wasn’t injured. The driver was taken to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
