COLORADO – The Colorado Department of Labor and employment says its new unemployment benefit system is up and running. The agency tweeted Sunday, saying the “My-UI-plus” system is finished being upgraded and was ready for use.
Those who used the previous system will have the same email to log-in but may have to create a new password, depending on what kind of benefits they receive. The department added additional call center staff over the weekend to deal with an anticipated rush of callers seeking information about the new system.
