The man’s remains were found on October 19th, 2002. He was wearing black boxer shorts and a black Harley Davidson t-shirt from fort Washington, Maryland. His body was wrapped in a quilt or blanket. A coroner’s examination concluded that the cause of death was a homicide. He was white, between the ages of 40-and-60, 225-to-300-pounds, and 6’5. He didn’t have any scars or tattoos.
