EL PASO COUNTY–The search for a missing and endangered El Paso County woman came to a tragic end Monday evening. Search and rescue crews found 82-year-old Frances Vialpando slumped over in the passenger seat of a vehicle on Black Forest Road. Medical personnel began life-saving measures but were unsuccessful, and Vialpanda was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say there are no signs of trauma, but the El Paso County Coroner’s Office will determine the exact cause of death.
