The investigation into the officer-involved shooting near Vanguard School and South Nevada continues. It started when a male suspect was shooting rounds into an occupied vehicle. During the incident, police contacted the armed suspect twice, both times the suspect shot at authorities, and they returned fire. At that point, the suspect wandered onto the grounds of the Vanguard School. The campuses was on lockout, and school officials told the suspect to leave. As he left the school he was taken into custody and taken to a hospital, his condition isn’t known.
