Letecia Stauch, the woman accused of killing her 11-year-old son Gannon in January 2020, entered a plea of not guilty in court on Nov. 4. She appeared in-person in court for the first time in months yesterday. Stauch’s trial is suppposed to begin on March 28, 2022, but the date could change. Fourth Judicial District Attorney Michael Allen says the jury selection could take some time to find impartial jurors. Stauch faces multiple charges including First-Degree Murder. Authorities believe she killed her stepson and then drove the body to Florida where it was discovered.
