Colorado Springs Utility prices are going up, starting today. The City Council voted unanimously last week to raise CSU natural gas and electric rates. Most customers will see around a $28.50 increase on their bills per month, starting Nov. 15. Utility spokespeople say the that the increases should only be temporary, and prices should drop down in 2022.
