The Colorado Springs area, and most of the Front Range, are part of a Red Flag Warning for Nov. 16. The National Weather Service issued the warning for El Paso, Fremont, Teller and Chaffee Counties. It lasts from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. on Tuesday. Forecasts for the area report that winds could be high today, and in the afternoon areas west of I-25 are at high risk for fires.
