Pheonix authorities have released the name of the man who jumped onto the tarmac at an airport after a flight from Colorado Springs. After the plane landed in Pheonix on Dec. 4, Daniel Ramirez, 30, opened the rear door of the plane and jumped onto the ground. He then ran into a fire station and barricaded himself. He was arrested yesterday on felony charges. A family member says Ramirez may be schizophrenic. Ramirez claims he was afraid for his life.
