The new express lane along I-25 through the Gap Project between Monument and Castle Rock should open tomorrow. The express lane will open at 8 a.m., and goes along 14 miles of the gap. Because the Project finished ahead of schedule, for now tolls on the express lanes are waived. However, the Colorado Department of Transportation warns that there will a large law enforcement presence in the area.
