Rumors of shootings and violence against schools across the country are currently circling around social media. Many school officials have called in law enforcement to campuses, or canceled classes completely as a response. Experts across the country are saying that the threats are not credible, but a challenge on the social media platform “Tik Tok.” Academy District 20 says classes are in session today, but security is monitoring the campuses. However, Woodland Park has cancelled all classes out of caution. A national investigation is underway into those alleged threats.
