Letecia Stauch will be back in court Thursday in a case related to the death of her 11-year-old stepson Gannon. She’s accused of killing Gannon in 2020, after he disappeared from his home in the Lorson Ranch Area. Gannon’s remains were later discovered in Florida. Stauch’s attorneys have asked the judge that she not be required to appear in person, as an in-person appearance could have an impact on her mental health.
