New state data show that COVID cases in Colorado should continue to go down in the next few weeks. Health experts say as many as 80% of Coloradans could become immune to the Omicron variant by the middle of February. These projections came from a recent report from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, and department officials currently estimate that one in every 19 people in Colorado currently has COVID-19.
