Colorado Springs Utilities says that the intersection of North Circle and Galley Road is closed this morning, due to continuing work on a water main break from this weekend. The water is back on this morning for around 300 people, and the original break happened Saturday night. Utility crews have been working around the clock to fix the pipes. CSU had to pull up the pavement at the intersection to fix the break. A CSU spokesman says that they must wait for temperatures above 40 degrees to start laying pavement. CSU hopes to have the intersection fixed later today.
