Springs Police say they’ve arrested Collin Martinez and Michael Warren after a witness reported they were unconscious in a vehicle. It happened yesterday around 7 p.m. Medical teams found the car in the parking lot of a business in the 1500 block of North Academy. When they approached the vehicle, they saw two handguns inside. EMS called police, who quickly blocked off the parking lot. The two men and officers entered negotiations. Officers say eventually a flashbang was thrown and the two men surrendered. Police say they found stolen guns, illegal drugs and a large amount of cash in the vehicle. An investigation is now underway.
