The Colorado Bureau of Investigation has issued a missing endangered alert for a 14-year-old girl. Oryan Byarlay is white, 5’3, and 90 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Investigators say she was last seen on August 17th and is believed to be in the Fort Collins-Loveland area. According to CBI, she may be with suspect Rachael Tippmann. Tippman is 39 years old and white with brown hair and green eyes. She’s 5’2 and 108 pounds.
