Springs woman charges after biting an officer and assaulting another

A Colorado Springs woman is facing charges after allegedly biting a police officer and assaulting another. Thursday evening police responded to a disturbance in the 36 hundred block of Parkmore Village Drive. That’s near North Academy and North Carefree Circle. Officers discovered Gloria Larson, had an outstanding warrant for her arrest. While taking her into custody, she assaulted one officer. She was then taken to a hospital, where she allegedly bit another officer. She’s facing several charges, including 2nd-degree assault.
