Another example of how drones are helping the Colorado Springs Police department. Early yesterday evening police arrested a motorcyclist who is accused of felony eluding, reckless driving, and no vehicle registration. An officer spotted the cyclist near north Academy and east Platte. A second officer also saw the cycle. Both officers tried to pull the driver over. The suspect eluded both police cruisers. Officers asked for air support and the department put up several drones. They tracked the driver to the 5800 block of north Nevada and arrested 24 year old Brian Griffith
