Barry Morphew, accused of killing his wife Suzanne 6 years ago, is in Alamosa, where he will appear before a judge Monday afternoon to answer questions about a car accident he was involved in two weeks ago in Denver. Morphew is on bail, the conditions of which specify he can only leave home for work or emergencies. He reportedly hit another car, and then after a conversation with the other driver drove off without leaving his name. Prosecutors say he is a flight risk, prompting the judge to issue an order last week to have Morphew taken into custody. He could have conditions of his bail tightened as a result of this incident.
