A man was arrested by Colorado Springs Police Tuesday after allegedly starting a fire in a home and then entering a second residence in the 1300 block of North Weber Tuesday morning. The owners of that home were able to get out safely. Police surrounded the residence only to see the suspect flee to a nearby detached garage. Negotiators finally convinced the suspect, 28 year old Nathan Trujillo to come out peacefully. He was taken into custody and is facing several charges. His motive remains unknown.
