More trouble for a former Fort Carson soldier who was just released from military prison after being found guilty of selling fake concert tickets. Gavin Pobst is now back in jail after pleading guilty to charges of auto theft in El Paso County. He was sentenced to 4 years. Law enforcement in Douglas County and Broomfield also have investigations involving Pobst. He has been accused of breaking into the home of a woman in Douglas County he met online. Broomfield law enforcement is investigating him in a case of identity theft. Officials say Pobst was originally sent to jail for contacting women online saying he had concert tickets for sale, but it was a scam. Officials say he may have tried to take advantage of up to 60 people with those claims.
