COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Local authorities arrested wanted sex criminal, 23-year-old Phillip Garnier. He was wanted on two felony warrants: for failure to register as a sex offender, and failure to comply with probation.
He was ranked number 18 on the Colorado Bureau Of Investigations’ Top 100 Wanted Sex Offenders.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office reports that Garnier was taken into custoday at a motel on South Nevada around 4:20 a.m. Wednesday morning.
