COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Dozens of people are temporarily without a home after an apartment fire in Colorado Springs, Wednesday.
Six people were treated and released at the El Vicino Apartments near Circle and Monterey.

The blaze was ruled accidental, caused by a cigarette on a mattress.
30 units were affected, and approximately 20 people are staying at a shelter.
