SIMLA, CO – Funeral arrangements have been made for a 12-year-old boy who suddenly collapsed during a basketball game in Simla, and later died.
Services for Wesley Maranville will be Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at the Big Sandy School Gymnasium. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Love Funeral Home in Limon.
The 7th grader collapsed during a basketball game Thursday night. The circumstances surrounding Wesley’s death have not been released.
The school district canceled classes Friday in the wake of this tragedy. School will resume today.
