COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Documents in the Planned Parenthood shooting case will soon be released to the public.
Chief Judge Gilbert Martinez, who had previously ruled the documents sealed and imposed a gag order, made the decision Monday to unseal the reports, with some information about the victims redacted.
Robert Dear has confessed to the crime in court. Three people were killed and nine wounded in the November attack.
The documents could be released by the end of the week
