AIR FORCE ACADEMY, CO – The Air Force Academy says there is no criminal investigation into the death of a cadet found injured in a dorm last week.
The Air Force Office of Special Investigations is not looking at foul play in the death of 21-year-old Alexander Quiros.
It could be several weeks before toxicology test results are returned.
Meanwhile, flags at the Academy will fly at half-staff today in Quiros’ honor.
A private funeral will be at 1:45 this afternoon at the Academy's Cadet Chapel. His family has asked for memorial donations to the Academy's astronautics program.
