EL PASO COUNTY, CO – It’s 19 years in prison for a woman who torched an apartment building in Manitou Springs.
Last year, 47-year-old Nicci See set fire to wicker furniture on the porch of a fourplex on Canon Avenue. She did it to punish her ex-boyfriend, who lived there.
Residents jumped from windows to escape, and three cats died.
