EL PASO COUNTY, CO – The U.S. Forest Service says the Talcott Fire near Rampart Reservoir was caused by someone shooting guns in the area.
The 14-acre fire burning near Rampart Range Road is 50% contained.
Evacuations were lifted Monday. Crews remain on scene.
