COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Colorado Springs Officials are bracing for possible flash flooding from the Waldo Canyon Burn Scar.
The Colorado Springs Emergency Operations Center filled with activity Wednesday for a practice exercise.
The scenario was based on the type of flooding that happened in august of 2015.
