COLORADO SPRINGS, CO -A Colorado Springs man has learned his fate after being convicted of producing child pornography.
41 year-old Richard Hennis will serve 27 years in federal prison. Hennis and co-defendant, Brandi Leonard, were first charged in March of 2016.
Leonard pleaded guilty to production of child pornography and faces up to 30 years in prison.
She’ll be sentenced in July. The victim is an infant. The two also reportedly discussed kidnapping, raping, killing and dismembering a young child.
