COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A 60 year old Springs man is due in court tomorrow after being arrested as an accessory to murder.
Teral Lee was taken into custody Monday in connection with the April death of 29 year old Andrew Swiatek.
He was fatally shot near Chelton and Sstrozon. 19 year old Malik Lee is jailed without bond on a charge of first degree murder.
A motive has not been made public, and it’s unclear if the two suspects are related.
