PEYTON, CO – Two people were killed in a head-on crash on Highway 24, west of Peyton this morning just before 2am.
It’s unclear exactly what happened. One driver died at the scene… the other was airlifted to a springs hospital, where that person died.
Highway 24 is closed in both directions at mile marker 329.
