COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Admitted Planned Parenthood shooter Robert Dear will be in court today.
The 59 year old has been undergoing treatment at the state mental hospital, in order for him to be deemed fit for trial.
Dear confessed to killing 3 people and wounding 9 others at a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic in 2015.
If a trial is held, it will be overseen by Judge William Bain.
The former judge, Gilbert Martinez, retired earlier this month.
