COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A second teenage suspect is in custody in connection with the murder of a Colorado Springs liquor store owner.
The 16-year-old suspect was arrested Tuesday for suspicion of first-degree murder in the February death of Donat Herr.
Police previously arrested 19-year-old Phinehas Daniels and a 13-year-old suspect in connection with Donat’s death.
The three murder suspects are believed to have ties to a group that committed at least 6-armed robberies.
