COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Two 13 year old boys, accused of making threats against students and staff at Sabin Middle School in the Springs will remain in custody.
A judge Tuesday denied their lawyers request that the teenagers be released.
They are currently being held at the Spring Creek Youth Service Center.
The two allegedly put together a lit of staff and students they wanted to kill at Sabin.
Police say they had access to weapons.
The teenagers were arrested last weekend.
