COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A man wanted in El Paso County for kidnapping and sexual assault is now behind bars in another state.
44-year old Juan Manuel Chavez-Ordaz was taken into custody in Wheeling, West Virginia on Tuesday.
Chavez-Ordaz was arrested for allegedly shoplifting steaks from a Kroger supermarket in West Virginia.
He’s now awaiting an extradition hearing to be sent back to El Paso County.
