COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – The Colorado Supreme Court will hear arguments that votes to get 5th District Congressman Doug Lamborn on the June primary ballot were illegally obtained.
Five republicans say the agency collecting votes for Lamborn used non Colorado residents, which is against state law.
The Colorado Surpreme Court will look at how it’s determined if a signature gatherer is a state citizen.
A lower court decided the signatures were valid, but an appeal with the Supreme Court was filed.
