The aftermath of yesterday’s storms have closed the North Pole.
This is due to damage sustained by the amusement park, management will be making a decision on reopening by 3pm Tuesday afternoon.
Two firefighters are in the hospital after they were called to rescue a motorist near Old Pueblo Road. That car was swept away by flash flooding.
The emergency vehicle was also swept away into the same culvert.
CDOT is busy in many areas trying to get roads back in order. More rain is expected through the week.
