A standoff Thursday morning ended peacefully.
Police were called to Wood Avenue in northeast Colorado Springs around 11:30 pm Wednesday night.
A man pointed a gun at his wife during a domestic dispute however she managed to escape.
The man then barricaded himself in the home.
The SWAT team arrived after the suspect threatened to turn on the gas inside and blow up the house.
Around 3:30 Thursday morning the man surrendered.
