A 12 year old boy, arrested in New Mexico and accused of a murder in Colorado, will be extradited to Colorado to stand charges.
The Pueblo Chieftan reports 12 year old Gage Gleason is accused of shooting 41 year old Amy Garcia in Gardner Colorado on December 20th 2018.
Gleason was reportedly with his father, when the two saw Garcia in a car outside their home.
A witness told police Gage Gleason reportedly went outside with a weapon. He heard a gunshot.
Garcias body was found in her burned vehicle in front of the Gleason home.
