There is a warning to the public about a sexually violent predator that has moved to Colorado Springs.
61-year-old James Dauer is registered as homeless near the Springs Rescue Mission.
Dauer has been convicted of several serious crimes, including rape and felony sexual assault.
He’s a white male, six-feet-tall, 245 pounds with gray hair.
