A woman is under arrest this morning for child abuse after multiple children were involved in a car crash.
The kids in the crash were not wearing seatbelts and Springs Police say that 34-year-old Constanzia Santistevan didn’t yield to traffic.
It happened Sunday night while Santistevan was making a turn from Constitution on to Chelton.
The children are expected to be okay. Santistevan was also charged with making an illegal left-hand turn.
