Sexual assault charges against a cadet candidate at the Air Force Academy’s preparatory school have been dropped.
Jefferson Hobbs was accused of having sex with a woman against her will and kissing another unwilling woman.
Defense attorneys argued that both incidents were consensual.
Hobbs had faced up to 30 years behind bars.
