It’s been 1 month since a fire kicked out approximately 120 residents from the Regency Tower Apartments in Colorado Springs.
But those residents are still unable to return after asbestos was discovered around the building.
Restoration work should be complete in August.
Now, a pair of nonprofits, and city officials, are trying to raise $30,000 to support the displaced tenants.
